Shout Out to Bullet Central

I purchased a Bix N Andy 2 stage competition trigger for my new 6BR build and when fire forming the brass there seemed to be an issue with the first stage either being very firm or not there at all. This morning I placed a call to Bullet Central and described the symptoms and by the time I got off the phone they had shipped me out a brand new trigger and just asked that I return the faulty one at my earliest convenience. I felt like I had to give them a shout out for their superb customer service!

no better guy than chris harris.
not the same deal in my case
sent several emails concerning the same problems with the same trigger
got no response at all
cant communicate very well by phone due to very bad hearing
done my last business with those people
it seems those triggers are not all they are cracked up to be

Sorry you had a bad experience. They are really good people and usually go the extra mile to help especially on the triggers. Hes bailed me out twice in the middle of big matches when one of my jewells failed knowing i have more than a dozen bix triggers

I called and followed up via email and had responses to both within the same business day.
Personally I like these triggers very much and have had no issues until receiving this one.
The replacement trigger will be delivered within 48 hours of my call, what's not to like?

Im very close to getting a Bix for my Tikka. They must be the bee's-knees. I have only shot one high end trigger, and that was a Jewel. For the Bix to out do it is a Bucket-list event for me.

I have three BnAs on competition rifles. I love them. They are absolutely the bees knees in that application.

With that said, the T3, in *almost* any application, doesn’t need an aftermarket trigger. Just replace the trigger spring with a lighter aftermarket one. The place that I got mine had two. The lighter is a “varmint”, IIRC. Regardless, it is the lighter one that you want. It’ll make most triggers go home with their heads hanging and their tails between their legs.
