9 twist 20cal. what chamber? what bullet?

I think I have talked myself out of the really overbore 20s
barrel life.
I'm leaning towards 20 dasher or 20br
20 Dasher and 20 BR are great choices but aren't going to easy on barrels either. Berger told me to use a 7 twist with a 20 Dasher and their 55gr. Bergers and that was a very expensive mistake for me. At 20 Dasher velocities they never made it to the target. They came apart. I would listen to the guys that are shooting whatever case you choose with success not Berger.

Only time I had guys to whoop out the 20 cal in competition…
I started NBRSA last yr… I could see it doing good there too !!
Just gotta be brave & use it

Wish I could find a couple 20cal barrels..

20 br!! Mine is a 1/10 and I have 39 grain Sierra Blitzkings printing cloverleafs at 4200 fps. Since you have two barrels chamber them both the same and when one is done screw on the second! That’s why they make barrels with threads!

I have 2, bartlein 9 twist 20 cal barrels. trying to decide what to chamber them in.

the info

the barrels are 9 twist, 27in.

my location and altitude is il and 600ft

(thought that might play a role in bullet selection)

trying to decide on chamber and bullet.

what's your favorite and experience with such?

20-250?

20xc?

20br ,bra?

heck why not 20-220 swift ,haha.

40 grainers?

55? will 9 twist stabilize?
I had a 10t in a 204Ruger and often had bullets coming apart with 32 gr at 4125 fps. So, I’d watch your speed/rpm
