8208 XBR ?????

What the HEY? I have been looking for 8208XBR powder for the past 6 months and can't find any anywhere. They are selling it on Gunbroker for $80to $90 a pound and you gotta pay the hazard fee for shipping to your house - so that would be well over $100.00 a pound! What gives? Does anyone have a line on 8208XBR or maybe you might have a pound or two for a normal decent price! Let me know. I got money in my hand!

California's ports have reopened but there is a tremendous backlog still. Wonder how many jugs of Varget and 8208 are in those half a million containers mentioned in this article.

Nearly half a million shipping containers are stuck off the coast of Southern California as the ports operate below capacity

The ports currently have 19 mega-container ships and approximately 12 million tons of goods waiting to dock and unload for as long as a month.

Powder Valley has AR Comp. right now it is right next to 8208xbr on the burn charts.
I just ordered 8lbs. because I have been looking for 8208 for over a year and a half and just read it probably will not be around for at least the rest of this year and into next.
Looks like I'll be doing load work ups AGAIN.

ain't just bullets. Gas prices have almost doubled, used car prices up 45%, video cards are selling for 150% of MSRP, beef prices 12%, food in general

Looking back at notification history for 8208 I found it has been available (1 pounders) at various times (mostly May 2021) at various online suppliers:

Yes. That was 8208 XBR. At the time, as well as currently, I was limited to 5 pounds in 1 month so by time I was eligible to buy again, of course it was gone.

I've seen others refer to 8208 as short cut H4895.
