7mm parker hale jag?

I'm having a really hard time finding a 7mm male parker hale jag to scrub the bore with abrasive.
Doesn't look like a 7mm exist. What are my other options? How do you apply abrasive for 7mm?

30 cal jag is the same one for 7mm.

I find a lot of times, you'll have to trim some of the patch off anyways
to wrap around them, to be able to get it down the bore.
Try a .264 and adjust the amount of patch to get a nice fit.

30 cal jag is the same one for 7mm.

Do not try to use the 30 cal PH jag in your 7mm bore. They made a 7mm jag. There are some adapters out there that allow you use standard jags in your PH rod. I treasure my PH rods, there has never been a more reliable rod made.

You are not alone. I've been hunting for a .20 cal one and they seem to be nonexistent.
They are fantastic jags, but seem rare as Hens Teeth.

Most certainly a great rod. When I purchased mine in the early 80's I was told there was 2 rods and 2 jags. One rod ( gray) and jag fit 22-264 and the other ( yellow) rod and jag were 270-338. Maybe I was given bad info. The jag on my yellow rod measures appx .250.

.270 WIN is listed and should work fine with a wrapped cotton patch.

There is no reason NOT to use one in 30 size for 7mm bores. I use one cleaning 7mm rifles almost daily. The shank is .250 dia.

I use the auto parts store blue or green heavy duty wipes. They are about .010 thick. I cut 2" x 2.5" squares which roll up to a perfect bore fit for swabbing out solvent and paste scrubbing. Use some compound to seal the wrap closed, smear on paste uniformly on the whole outer surface. Wrap new and repeat the scrubbing process until you are satisfied with the bore condition. Use a bore guide when inserting into the chamber.
