^^ thats a good deal right there. Thanks for providing that to him
Thank you so much for that offer!!! I will let you know this coming week… I’m not sure if I should play with the 6ppc, the 6br, or the 6BRX ?If you are not set up to turn necks, I will sell you 100 pieces already turned for 75 bucks shipped. I bought them so I can not say for sure how many times fired. The pockets are tight. Looks like they have not been fired but a couple of times.
Sry just now seeing this.So 262 is no turn neck???
Bart just won the 3 gun at the NBRSA group nationals shooting a .273 neck, with unturned necks. His 600 yd. HG record was shot with a no turn (.311)Sry just now seeing this.
I'm all my br shooting it seems the ppc is making a comeback. Also the guys turning necks are doing better than the no turns.
I have both and the 262 is better than the 272. I'm going to measure and trim the necks to get symmetry.
Ps neck turning is a pita as i am a noob at it. I'm not so sure of myself.
P1zombie or DJ .... Take my money !
Yea, you will need a bushing die in order to size down that small unless you could find a die from the previous owner that had been honed to fit that neck size.Forgive me for jumping in with a newbie question, but I also picked up a used 6ppc rifle that's labelled 262 neck. I have neck turn equipment so that's not an issue. Can I use standard rcbs dies or do I need a bushing die due to the turned necks? I'm trying to start cheap on it because although the bore scope looks clean I don't really have much info on it and it's clearly an older build - Sinclair and glued in action.
Thanks for the quick answer.Yea, you will need a bushing die in order to size down that small unless you could find a die from the previous owner that had been honed to fit that neck size.
