6PPC Berger Column bullets

Good shooting in your match Eric.
I am waiting on the right dual dovetail rings to come in.......

I shot the Columns with 29.8 VVN133 and CCI BR4 primers today,,shot 259 at 100 and 247 at 200 for a 506 which was good for 3rd place at Gallatin Gun Club State Match,,

I thought the Columns held up very well at 200,,

when my first sighter on 3rd target at 200 was 4 lines right and 3 lines down I had a bad feeling but I managed to squeeze a 60 out of it,,other than that one target wind wasnt real bad,,2nd target at 100 I am gonna blame on the sun coming in and out from behind the clouds,,

but seriously I am tickled to death with the 506 and the 3rd place is just gravy,,

Seeing your results is what makes my world go round and round. Fantastic shooting. Very happy to have your trust doing your barrels. I wish I could find a hungry benchrest shooter with the right mindset and dedication. I would love to see how they would fare in the 100, 200 yd game. Me, my PPC reamer and my South Bend are up to it.....!

there is no doubt in my mind that a seasoned group shooter could take a bbl from you off that old South Bend chambered with that JGS reamer and it would shoot as good or better than a bbl from any other top smith in the country,,

with the way this 12 twist is still shooting past 2,000 rounds I am not gonna even try the new 13.5 twist until it goes completely haywire,,

anybody that needs a bbl done and your smith is booked out longer than you want to wait should get in contact with Tim and talk,,
