retest 6PPC load in heat

I go to UBR matches preloaded and dont use a tuner,,I been shooting 28.6 grs LT32 all year and been shooting the best scores I ever shot but the heat Saturday will be in the mid 90`s and had me worried it may be too stout a load for the temps forecast,,

I sized all my brass with my new Harrells 2.5 FL size die and loaded 5 rounds at 28.2 28.4 and 28.6,,shot for group in midday heat and groups all looked the same around .200 but the 28.2and 28.4 were level and the 28.6 hit about 1/2 inch high on target and had a little bolt lift but nothing real bad,,but since the .2 and .4 groups were level I loaded 5 more at 28.3 and shot those at 2:30 with mirage runnin steady but very little wind,,

looks like I will be shootin 28.3 LT32 with the 68 C-Bar flat base bullet this Saturday,,

Eric--I shot 30gr LT32 all last summer behind 68gr BT's, never saw any pressure problems, but primers did get loose after about 12 loadings. You know how well it shot.

this is the 1st time loading my ammo with the Harrells 2.5 FL size die and I was hoping to hit on a load that shot well with good speed and I didnt have to use both hands to open the bolt,,,the 28.6 load was running 3400 fps so I figure at 28.3 I will still be above 3350 and it shot better today at 28.3 than it did at 28.6 and I can open the bolt with my right hand without twisting the rifle out of the bags and not having to hold it down with my left hand while unloading,,,

if it doesnt work out and help me be able to work the action faster to beat the switches between shots I will try something else,,but man it was really shootin 28.3 very very well today from about 10 this morning till 2:30 this afternoon,,

I am just trying to get a little smoother ,,and slow is smooth and smooth is fast,,or thats what Daddy always said,,LOL

28.4 would have been my go-to load so youre right on the money for 90deg
