I'm planning to build a prone gun in 6mm remington, mostly cause I want a 6mm something, I have a 6mm 1-8 blank, and I have a ton of 6mm brass, being a horse trader and hoarder has its advantages sometimes. The gun will be built on a Remington 722 action and I'm using a 40x prone stock. Anyway since the gun will be used primarily at 600yds, with the occasional 1000yd match, I plan on using Nosler/sierra 105's and 107's. I have emailed PTG twice about his reamer, specifically if his standard 6mm remington reamer will work for that combination, or does he have a custom reamer for that application. It has been two weeks and a phone call and I still have not heard back.
