Have seen a 6brv here. Someone ran a 6br reamer 50 thou deeper similar to the brx 100 thou deeper. Neat looking little case. No pissing went along with it. Wonder if there would be any carbon ring issues

This was my first post ever on what I ended up calling the Shawty. Its because I used a BRDX reamer instead of having a reamer ground.

I just wanted to reply to this nonsense. My only complaint at all is the name, not the case or it's ability, your comment says I must not know of its potential. All wrong. Just a goofy name plastered on a fine design.

No, I do not think that at all. What I do think is I am being accused of not giving credit to Sam Hall for this case because we call it a 6BRA. While the accuser has himself has already put his own initials on it. As far as picking, I dont like being accused of wrong doing.

My first post

I used what I had on hand to jump in on Sam Halls inspiring new case. I took a barrel had been chambered and never fired, moved the shoulder .070" and ran my BRDX reamer in to have slight pressure closing the bolt on 6BR go gauge so no galling to worry about. Placed a new 6BR case and measured how much had to be trimmed. A 1.524" OAL is max length. The fired case draws up .007". Sometimes us old timers have too much fun.

Yes, it's disgust, to not honor Sam Halls initial post on this case. He deserves the awakening. We all watched with interest. I don't see any credit given where it's deserved. Not near enough.
And then to rename to wimmins underwear, goodness.

Right here Tim. I renamed Sam's case and have not given credit. I dont know any other way to read this. Call it picking, but I wont drop it and walk away from that implication.
