6BR to 6BRX

If I have a rifle chambered in 6BR to rechamber to 6BRX, would I need to have the barrel cut shorter? I searched and couldn’t fond a definitive answer. Any help os greatly appreciated.

The headspace on the BRX is longer so no you don’t need to set it back unless you want a fresh throat or unless the BRX reamer has smaller diameter neck and you want that. Great cartridge!
