Do any of You have a reamer print that works well with 140 grain bullets and also works well with redding dies. I forgot to mention a no turn neck. Thanks, Scotty Crawford

.294 NK and .175 FB works well with Berger 140's.

For the Berger 140lrbt I use a .090" FB, for the 140hyb and 140 JLK I prefer my .118 FB reamer, for 142 smk and 139 scenar I prefer my .164" FB reamer. In general you can use the .160-.175 FB reamers for just about any bullet, some just wont be very far in the neck.

I am pretty sure I have prints for all three laying around here some where. Let me know if you would like any copies, I will try and find them.

Thanks guys for the reply's. I'm kinda stuck between a rock and a hard place. I'm putting one together on a short action remy that I will use for a little range time and hunting. The problem I have is with the longer freebore reamers , they probably won't fit in the magazine. What freebore will work for feeding the berger vld hunting bullets? Thanks again, Scotty

Mines a .123" freebore which seats a 130 VLD in the lands perfectly:

.175" freebore will seat 140 VLD's at 2.812"

.175" freebore will allow you to reach the lands from 100 gr - 142 gr bullets and keep the bearing surface above neck/shoulder junction.
