My reamer print is. 163 and you can only seatv130 bergers at 2.73 to 2.760...there is another 130 that I can seat 2.820 or 2.830 which .005 out of hard jam. You are talking another, .100 thousandths...I jam them fairly deep. Maybe 0.020 or thereabouts. That said, I'm just going off what Jim told me the reamer had. Perhaps he was mistaken and it was longer. Have you worked with the 153.5? It's a pretty long pointy bullet with not that much longer of a bearing surface compared to the 140s:
