PRC brass is harder to find than getting drawn in AZ. 3 years in a row as non-resident! But, being part of several reloading BST groups on FB, PRC brass is always in short supply, then dies to match your chamber is another constant issue. It took me some time to get brass for my prc. Found some at brunos and 1 box at sportsman's. I had adg on backorder but cancled that once i got lapua. Mine is strictly for hunting so i feel 200 pieces should last me a long time since it takes a long time to get drawn in az.
Sometimes the latest isn't the greatest in this case. Seems with the shortages we are all facing, maybe sticking with what's available Trump's the hype of latest and greatest. Seems like this may be the case in the 300PRC vs 300WM. Brass availability is better with the old 300WM.Again the prc is basically a 6.5x284, just a little shorter and with a magnum bolt face. Prc brass is non existent while the out of fashion 6.5x284 brass is available everywhere.
Yep I went with a 30 nosler over the 300 prc and Peterson brass was super easy to scoreSometimes the latest isn't the greatest in this case.
