I would be measuring CBTO as long as your primers aren't influenceing the measurement not OAL.
Look at your group shape, you don't want vertical or flat line, in a perfect world there a nice triangle.
You may have to fine tune with different powders because it changes the tune.

Yes, if that seating depth holds vertical, try tuning with different charges

I haven't used the 220s for a while after I initially developed the load, But the 245s which are my main load right now are jammed + .020, ES for the 245s has been below 10 fps, ES for the 220s were below 13 fps.
Berger 245s @ 2830 fps
Berger 220s @ 2890 fps
