Interesting new G2. It didn't miss a shot. Jim Clines 108's

This is the average of 4 shots after the 6 shown. (2 each hole) 100yds.
Poa is the orange 90° left & down from holes. Scope set too put them in the middle up & right.
Barrel heat makes them go up & R egg even more.

Looks like tune to me. Close, but not quite there. JMO...with the lt30. Pretty big steps in powder charge when you look to be very close, in between. Again, JMHO.

What does the shot 0.09 sec mean ?

I had already shot the LT 30 and came up with those loads to test again for accuracy . That's why there is such a jump in between loads.

This is the 1st time I've used a chronograph.
Getting more powder in them i's going to be hard. Crush crush with 35.6.Screenshot_20220203-191855_Chronograph.jpg

ppl Only one is marked 4198.

The other 3 (no powder make written) is lt30.

Thread title is 30br LT 30 compared to 4198. Again only one 4198 to compare the LT 30's to

I Can explain it but i can't make you understand !

Yeah going to STUFF 35.8.

Getting smoothe bolt closure is the concern... It's a pita to get the bullet to correct measurement.

Even with 20" drop tube.
I jokenly talk about using a punch and hammer to tap the powder down .002 ...

@JimPag
Well the powder goes in with about an 8th to spare for the bullet. Seating isn't consistent due to the crush.
Takes more time to tap powder in and then seating bullet is place measure, tap measure, tap measure.

I deleted my post. It was a repeat of the one before.

I started out back in 15 with 35.8 and then settled on 36.1 and still had a little room for more. I only had the first batch that came out Dec 2014 vintage. Is yours the same? I'm 3 of my rifles I was using 34.3, 34.5 and 34.5 of 4198 with the mouth of the south's 108's and I was avg 3095, 3100, and 3085 respectively. All 3 were Krieger's the 1st 2 17's the last an 18tw all about 23".

This is from my CM Rimrock BR one of 6 made with a 18TW Krieger. That one on the top right hand side I tried Win SR primers and the group opened up. I can't understand why Winchesters never worked for me since 70% of the guy's up here use Win primers. Never had any luck with them. I remember watching Dean load his cases with a Neil Jones powder measure. 36 of N130 almost to the top and he was crushing every bullet that he seated and we all know that Dean is the man as far as score shooting goes.
