I just took a browning A bolt ss stalker w/ the boss system in on a trade...
My question to you folks is should i keep it and work up loads..
I'm not sure what i would use it for i have a 7mm rum that i use for deer a 300 rum for elk and a 25/06 and 243 for just because....
If anyone can tell me about the round would be great...Thanks

Is this rifle indeed chambered for the 280AI? If so..great round. Mine will run neck in neck with the 7mm RM with 140 grain pills. With the heavier bullets, the RM easily is the front runner. I use mine for whitetails only and it is a death ray with 140NAB. 3206fps from a 24 3/4" tube. Accuracy from my rifle runs in the .3s for 5 @ 100.
