280 AI

Question,

For those of us that run the 280 AI (not SAAMI version), of this case,
what is your H2o case capacity of fired cases?

I need to set up my 280 AI, QL file,
so I can run some "what if's" with the new RL-26 powder, etc,
while waiting for the reamer to get here.

My FF cases come out at 74.2 grs, and that seems a little high in Case capacity etc.

Using the above CC, the RL-26 powder shows 2700+ fps for a 162 AMax from the 18" bbl, @55,000 psi.

Don't know about the barking yet, waiting for the reamer,
but I plan on adding a 5 gill muzzle brake on her,
so I can use my Leppy rifle scope,
and not get another half moon mark. :

My 284 SP pistol is built the same way, and she only has a 3 gill brake, and she has a little woof. !!!!!!!!
