260 Rem ATip load Data

Picked up some 153 Atips to try in my 260 8 twist. Anyone played with these in the 260? Good powder at start with?

Use the 6.5 CrdM loads

Hodgdon has 260 data at the reload center for 153s. H and IMR 4831 and 4350 plus 6.5 staball, and another or two. I am sure they did their due diligence testing so I would use what they recommend.

Looks like H-4350 & H-4831 is about as good as it gets for that bullet.

H-4831sc would be my first pick for accuracy. Your max load will depend on you COAL / Freebore.

They like a lot of jump from what i hear in larger calibers...dont know about 6.5 but it may apply there.
And H4831sc is where id start too.
