Is the 260 Ackley now considered a magnum seeing that it's been changed, and the powder charge has been approved by more than 5%

I'm not sure about magnum status but both of mine sure does a great job on the target. With lighter weight bullets (120 class) a load can utilize up to @ 50.0 gr. of powders like RL-19 and with the heavier weights (140ish class) can utilize up to @ 48.0 gr. of H-4831.
