6.5x55 ack imp. help for project gun

I am going to build a couple of 6.5x55 ack imp rifles one for sure on a savage action or maybe one of the new custom ones that have a rem 700 foot print but with the floating bolt head and other savage features if I can afford it or just standard savage long action. would like any help and reloading data I will be useing 26 inch barrel and probably 1in 8 twist but could use help with that also has anyone done this with an older swede as I have a couple of them and I thought one could be useful fire forming brass and that the ackley would actualy reduce bolt thrust. thank you RW

I just built one for my F-class rig, it shoots fantastic and load development could not have been easier. My go to load pushes the 139 g Scenars at 3,050 fps with great accuracy and no pressure signs out of 28-inch 1-8" twist.
