22BR brass problem

Trying to neck down 6mmbr to 22br with 6mm Lapua brass and I get .005 to .006 runout. I do it just like the info in the 22BR page.I have a 22Br forster f/l die and a Redding 22Br f/l bushing die.I run the 6mm br in the forster die when I run it in a Sinclair expander die. When I neck turn them with a Sinclair neck turner. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any help Walt

Is this on new brass?????

If so fireform it...I have found that new brass requires fireforming about 3 times to get it really straightened out.

I have also found I get a better neck turning job if I rough turn leaving about .001 to .0015 and then finish turn to the size wanted after the final fireforming.
