Can a 224 VAL be oipened up to 22ARC?

Perhaps I am not understanding the question. Are you asking if a barrel chambered in val can be rechambered in arc? Or are you asking if Val brass can be used to make arc brass? I would think yes to the first and no to the second. I suppose it would be wise to look at the reamer dimensions first tho.
