Comparing case dimensions, the barrel would need to be set back, due to shoulder/neck location. Not sure if you have enough barrel shank to do this. Your smith should be able to tell you for sure.

.224 V, Neck/shoulder junction is 1.3307" from the base.
22 Grendel, Neck/shoulder junction is 1.280" from the base.
Just for info, the 22 Nosler Neck/Shoulder is 1.515" from the base.
The .223 Rem Neck/Shoulder is 1.5573" from the base.
The 6.8 SPC Neck/Shoulder is 1.4136" from the base
