Ill also play with the W760 as it seems to like that stuff and she's a truly under appreciated powder.

Howdy ! Enjoy reading your post !
WW760/H414:
I have shot WW760 in my wildcat “ .22-35 Remington “.
Case’ Capacity 49.4gr H2O ( Remington brass ), which seems close to a “ .22 Royale “.
When shooting Hornady .224”cal 55SX, my accuracy/varmint powder charge was 41.2gr
WW760 along w/ FED Large Magnum Rifle Primers. This was not a full-tilt load.
I also briefly tried 41.6gr VV160 along w/ the same primer, under a prototype of Hornady’s .224” cal 55” V”-Max ( those bullets had a boat tail ).
Nowadays, it appears WW760 has been supplanted in effect, by “ 6.5StaBal “.
The latter powder is only 2 “ burn rate “ numbers “ slower “ than WW760.
Hybid 100V’s burn rate lies between the two powders mentioned; above.
I did not extensively shoot 69gr HPBTs ( or others in the 68-69gr at range ) in my 1-14 24” SS Hart, only briefly tested a handful; and thusly have no load data to share.
Best of luck in your endeavor !

Howdy, again ! Thanx for the response !
I just received last week:
My Bartlein 32” SS 1.375” diam 4-groove .224” cal 55SX “ gain twist “ barrel.
It is a straight bull, and right now ( before chambering and finish to final length )
weighs 13lb
I’m going to see if I can coax Hornady’s .224” cal 55SX to 4,000 fps, in preparation for the 2026 groundhogs.
Please do keep us posted, on progress w/ your wildcats !
With regards,
