Anschutz 54 match of one type or another, as long as it includes the 5018 Trigger. Mine is an Anschutz 54.18 MS R. No better repeater .22 made under $5000....maybe no better made at all..

Harrell Tuner bored to fit your muzzle diameter (should be ~0.850-0.900"...use a micormeter, and measure several times for taper and/or out-of-round)
+
Additional Weights for the tuner... Killough Shooting Sports has both tuners and weights and boring.
+
Decent scope in killer rings....I recommend the Kelbly single-bolt standard height rings in "rimfire" rail. Call them to order. Annie rails are 11mm, but just tell them it for an Annie.

Eley Black Box EPS "Rifle", Elex Red Box EPS "Rifle", Eley Yellow Box Target. Get several boxes to a brick of the "target" for testing your tuner, as it will very closely approximate what the more expensive Match and Tenex EPS rounds will need, but will not cost you $20 a box to test.
The results of a well-tuned Anschutz with ultra-match ammo are..ummm..eye-opening.
Ruck Prone with rear sand bag, this afternoon:
That's the best group of the day, admittedly, but I tested another lot of Eley Black later, and posted another 0.182 MOA group...it's not too flukey...not with this rifle.
