22 Dasher help needed!!!!

I am having trouble finding a good load. Powders I have tried include:

Surplus Thunderbird 8208 @23.3 gr. Groups fantastic but case has a big boiler room of unused space.
VVN140 27gr. MAX!! Very narrow tuning window, was unable to tune vertical out of groups.

RL 23 way more powder than anyone should slow drop from a 10" funnel-tube. Unable to get above 2880 fps. Groups are good accross a wide range of weight charges but lack the velocity.

My target velocity numbers are 3100 to 3300 which I feel is likely the end of the road from a 21 inch 7.5 twist Krieger.
Bullets: Nosler Competition 80gr. BT
Lapua Cases

I have searched everywhere for H-4350, I know lots of guys are using it in the 22 Dsher. Any opinions on other stuff like H-414 or AA2270?

I have one single unopened pound of RL 19.

All wisdom appreciated, Thanks Mike.

H4350 is available probably 4 days a week, including today.

Varget has been popping up a few times a week as well. Midway had both of them about 2 hours ago and might still.

If N140 didn’t work, then I doubt Varget would, but it might.

I would think the new RL 15.5 would work too, and it’s been at powder valley almost daily the past couple of weeks.

That 15.5 is getting killer reviews. I’m way stocked on 4350, but wouldn’t be afraid of 15.5 at all if I didn’t have any.
