22-250 neck sizing questions

hi to all again
i also have a remm 700 factory rifle, 1:14 twist with a rifle basix trigger, bought this rifle for varmint and target before i purchased my 6mm br.
just standard factory, nothing special, i have been getting 1/2 inch groups at 100 yards, ok i guess for factory but hoped for better, i have been neck sizing brass, win brass, no sign or damage to brass, but lately the brass was getting real hard to chamber, even unloaded brass just neck sized. i thought neck sizing was better than full lengh sizing, but i am having trouble with getting brass to chamber.
is this normal after firing brass 5 to 6 times to have to full lengh size? or could there be a problem With the rifle chamber?

You have to bump the shoulder back :) you do that with full length sizing die.:)Also make sure case is trimmed to correct length.

No problems with your chamber, your brass is just growing and needs to be put back where it belongs with a correctly set up full length sizing die. A bushing FL die is money well spent.....
It is very normal for a case fired 5-6 times to need full length sized.
