No two barrels are created equal. 1 Factory 9 twist may stabilize a 75 grain Amax at 3200 fps and the other may not, it may require 3300 fps on that Barrel. I have a stubborn 223 Barrel that's a 9 twist and will not stabilize 70 grain bullets while another identical Barrel does fine. Go figure.
