2024 Louisiana F-Class Long Range Championship, Sep 20-22

Has to be a top spot for very challenging course… awesome peeps, wonderful folks running the match in Ric, Mahala, Tony and of course Skip! Extremely high level of competition,,,Plenty of good food to be found at the range and surrounding areas!! Almost forgot to mention the awesome concrete and covered shooting line. Put LongRange Alley on your list of places to shoot.
 
It was a great match. It was my wife’s first time competing long range. She has shot a few midrange but I was always available to assist. Her first match Norm Harrold and Tim Vaught stepped in to assist her in getting set up and ensuring she was good to go. She went on to shot her very first long range match CLEAN with a 200-9X! I also shot my first clean at the same time on the target next to her and she creedmoored me. On the last day Johnny Ingram saw that she set up right so he assisted her in her set up and gave her some pointers. Johnny was finished for the day by the time she shot her last match but he stayed and watched her and then did an after action review with her. I started shooting long range at the Long Range Alley last year and have always said you meet the best people shootIng F class. I want to thank Norm, Tim, and Johnny for all the help y’all gave her. She is now hooked on competing and y’all made her first time a wonderful experience she will never forget.

And she got a “Fan Club”!!!! Cracked me up when I walked over to our canopy and our wives were watching Ginny on the shot marker and cheering for her. Great people all around!

Johnny, I appreciate the help with moving my equipment when my lane was changed. Heard a lot about Johnny Ingram, it was all good, and now I experienced it for myself.
