I got the same response a number of years ago as well.

Called midway to order 20 boxes of 224 berger VLD 90gr bullets and wanted them to be of the same lot number.
And they told me them would not look at their inventory to pick out 20 boxes with the same lot number.
So to make a long story short I called Graff And Sons and they were more than happy to fill my order.
Just want to say thank you for taking the extra 60 seconds to make a customer happy.

As big as Brownells is, they have still been able to provide nothing but outstanding customer service as well. I've ordered as few as 5 boxes, and they've always selected by lot when I asked.

Midway used to be my Go-To, and I still work with them, but man, Brownells is kicking ass lately.
