There is a company that is developing a 2 ounce trigger for Savage rifles. The company hopes to be in production by the end of the year.

If you have to close the bolt slowly to keep it from firing it is a long way from being safe.
If I am calling a match and your rifle goes off while closing the bolt you're done. Right then!
I shoot a savage. Just so you know.

Jard's current Savage trigger comes with their own sear. So I would assume on any two ounce trigger that Jard produces that Savage's sear would be replaced.
