A custom will always hold its value better. And unless the "blueprinter" knows EXACTLY what they are doing, the work could be worthless. A custom action is nearly always the way to go if accuracy is the goal.

Depends on whether you're keeping the actions or selling them. The rifles will shoot just as well if the work is done properly.
