17 remington bushing

just prepping some brass ready for new barrel on rifle.i trimmed some cases and loaded 5 rounds in redding bushing die
fired cases measure .201[avg] loaded rounds.193 [avg]i am using a .191 bushing does this seem right.before i used lee dies so bushing for this rifle is new.any advice most welcome.

As a rule of thumb, you would want to size you bushing about 2 to 3 thousands smaller than what the neck mikes for a loaded round. I have a tight neck custom barreld 17 Rem with a .195 neck and I turn the cases to be .1925 with a loaded round. The bushing that I use in my Wilson die is .191.
