14 caliber barrels

We do still make .17's (.14's, .20's, .22, 6mm, .30, .45, and .475's too)

On the forming, I have forming dies, but they are our sets. You can have the dies made or just buy the brass. Neil Jones is who we recommend for the dies. We do have some of the various sub-cal dies in stock here as well.
Do you still have any .172" 32gr cast in stock or any .172" NOE cast?

That is an absurd overbore. I guarantee you of far more problems than you bargain for. The 221 is probably too much.
When Bill Eichelberger was alive he indicated the Hornet sized case will do just about all you need in a 14.
Been groundhog hunting with a 14/221 Walker XP100 and I have had no issues

If you really want a 14 cal and you find a barrel, my sources say a 14 XPL ( 14-222 ) is the ways to go.
17 gr bullet with a something around RL-7 burn rate should get you over 5,000 fps !!!

Good luck and I hope you find the barrel and keep us updated.

Sounds like a very fun project and a cool caliber/cartridge to shoot !
I have a XP100 14/221 Walker and can consistently kill woodchucks out to 250 yards .
