107 Sierra in lands or out?

For me most of the fun involves finding what works the best in any giving rifle I'm working with at the moment.
2 barrels from the same shop may show completely different likes as far as seating depth.
Usually the 107's like a little jump, but that is not carved in stone, and I would want to try it both ways in the rifle I was working with,,
