I've shot quite a bit of RL-17 thru my 47. Never had an accuracy issue. BUT I don't shoot 147's.

I have some accurate 4350 and building a new 6.5x47 most say h4350 is the best, accurate is a bit slower burning cant find h4350 I have reloader 17 witch in almost same burn rate as h4350 but have been told its sensitive to weather conditions ???? Any Experience with these powders shooting 600 to a 1000 yards Shooting 140 's VDL 1-8 twist barrel Sierra and berger

I used to use varget on my 6.5x47 Lapua and found it temp dependent. I switched to IMR 4350 and I’m very pleased! No problems, just fun at the range
