Will be a busy weekend getting all my gear packed up. It’s times like this I wish I lived in the lower 48 and I could just drive to Phoenix. We fly Jan 8th get to Phoenix Monday morning. How many here are driving versus flying and vice versa?

Driving ! It's a gruesome twenty-five minute drive from my driveway , to the Target shed .
Those not familiar with Phoenix traffic and the drivers we have here , pay very close attention , as we have more than our share of IDIOTS ! The Diamond Lane is generally a 75 - 80 mph speed , or you will have someone flashing their lights , blowing their horn , Tail-gating or some other rude thing . If you aren't comfortable driving at that speed , don't use the Diamond Lane .

And don't forget about more pebbles/rocks on the road that love cracking windshields than anywhere else I've lived.

For the western games we stay at the drury hotel not a bad hotel it’s convenient 15-20 minutes to Ben Avery. For swn we are staying in a Airbnb in North gateway about 10 minute with traffic to Ben Avery. Traffic and drivers didn’t take me long to adapt to the driving if you are going 70 you are driving to slow.

Should say the state does a good job getting all the sand off the shoulder of the hwy in the spring time to minimize cracked windshields. But the state does lay down a lot sand during the winter.

I'm driving down from NorCal, just over 700 miles. Leaving early Tuesday AM. Fortunately my brother lives in Surprise about 30 minutes from the range and my sister in law is a good cook.

At Ted Stevens airport getting ready to fly south. It’s snowing and 26 degrees here. Should be a great week of fun in the sun!
I just drove in from Colorado. Today it was 86 degrees when I got here.
Hope you brought some suntan lotion!

Reading these results from today, I’m confused as to why it’s labeled Palma team results, are they not shooting FTR teams, also the distance isn’t noted- Can someone clarify ?

Palma tournament is 3 matches shot at 800, 900, and then 1,000 yards for an aggregate score. Separate results for this format by classification (F-T/R, Open, Sling).
