I'm having a problem on Android that tells me I must accept cookies to continue to use this site, but i added accurate shooter to the exception list and I still get this,warning.

On my android phone or ipad, I just do a voice Google search for the site and then open the link with no issues. I did it just now to check.

Interesting.
I'm using Chrome on an Android.
I had 6 taps open for Accurate Shooter - all 6 had the cooking warning.
I closed all 6 and opened a new tab - no cookie warning.
Chrome has never asked me to accept cookies - don't know why. I haven't configured anything on my Android.

We are trying to diagnose this. Something was changed on browsers in January.

We had cookies approval disabled in prior years, but we have reactivated that hopefully trying to comply with new browser stuff.

Clearing your cache for the Forum might help.

You can just click on the "x" in the window shown above and it should be fine.

I see this with my iPad, but not with Android phone.

I'm seeing it on my W10 or W11 systems using Firefox ESR version 140.7.0, if that's of any help. Stated last week, not sure as to which day. Clicking on the close button does not allow any further progress. Shutting down the browser and making sure to click on accept resolves the problem.

Edit: Also occurs when I log out of the site.

I see it regularly on my iphone. The banner is at the top and the screen is out of focus. But when I ignore all that and touch the screen it disappears and everything works normally. Firefox.
Tonight I noticed a little banner wanting me to accept cookies. It was all in focus and every thing worked great. That banner is at the bottom of the page. I would love to accept them, but my doctor ordered me to cut out sugar.

I just stay logged into the site and never get a query. Chrome, both PC and Android tablet.

We do NOT recommend Firefox on any platform.

Part of the issue is that many of the browsers and mobile security systems have Ad blockers that are apparently interfering with the cookie logs.

I have to, just because. Mine favorites are peanut butter choc/chip, with crispy bacon sometimes. Just another reason not to own Apple products, they always seem to bite you in the butt at some point. And yes I have owned several Tablet years ago.

I stay logged in. I run nothing but Fire Fox on two Win10 Dell machines. Have seen
only one of those "OOOPS" screens a week ago. I was trying to reply in the Comp
forum. That was it. Second try went thru. No problems other then that one single
time......I keep Fire Fox updated and blew away anything Chrome.....

I’ve been getting that oops message for a few weeks on my iPhone. It seems to be mostly when I use the back button and refreshing the page clears it.
