Lone Star Tackdriver

Texas, you have asked and we are stepping up to provide a Tackdriver light match for those who want to test their equipment and skills in a Tackdriver format.

The Lone Star Tackdriver will be held on Sept 19, 2026 at the Pine Valley Shooting Range in Huntsville, Texas. This will be a one day match. We will shoot six targets; three each alternating group and score.

So here is your chance to get in on the fun in Texas and the surrounding area. Bring your F-class rifle, your PRS rifle, your score rifle, or your group rifle. Or even your prairie dog rifle. As long as they are .30 cal or less and weigh 22 lbs or less. Lets see just who has the most accurate rifle and is the best shooter. Who will end up with the title of “Lone Star Tackdriver”?

Since we are planning on multiple relays, most likely you will be sharing a bench with someone or two someones. Bench assignment will be by random draw, tempered by equipment sharing as best possible. So, if you have a preference, the entry form would be where you would make that known.
