It’s literally a year to the day and we are still waitingWe are getting much closer but still a couple months out for shipping first units most likely. As far as lack of information, had any one of you sent me an email you would have had an answer almost immediately. Do not search information on a forum that is not a part of my company. My customer service is impeccable if you actually reach out to me directly. Be prepared to answer the phone if you send an email at 9pm lol
Really guys, I know everyone is chomping at the bit and we are working our asses off to get it there. This has been a large endeavor going from a product that was almost entirely made in house to this which has multiple pieces made from around the globe. It has taken wayyy longer than I ever anticipated when we started but I promise the target is within range now and things are coming along. This is not my first rodeo in manufacturing, just first to deal with so many components from abroad. Again, this is why I did not take any ones money for the preorders. Please be patient a little longer. Paul
Placed my preorder 12/20/23. Of course still waiting. Promises, promises.I am anxious as well. I was later than many to place a pre-order., Roughly a year ago. Reached out this week & inquired. Response was the early orders are more recently projected to be going out in late September. This places my order going out later than that.
Suppose I expect I will be fortunate to see my order by Christmass. So yes I am anxious yet patient, Next spring works also.
If you’re going to do that, you’re better off with the 3d printed v3 thrower knock off for $100 instead of the overpriced v4 and use the riser from IP. He’s waiting on more small parts from anodizing to be able to sell more tricklers. No word if he has complete throwers ready.Get the IP trickler, Autotrickler V4, IP controller, IP powder cup, and Fx120i. Maybe the custom riser from JustDreaming here on AS. Works great about 8-9 sec per throw and +\- 0.01 grains IF you’re willing to pour out a kernel every 15 throws or so. Throwing is the easy part (V4), the IP trickler and controller will get you there just fine.
IMHO you're better off with a different system altogether, given IP was taking preorders three years ago and has blown through every deadline with poor or no communications. Then an enterprising person works up a printed thrower, which has already been modded to manage powder leakage/spilling, and people are talking about which cables etc. to cobble together something that works. I settled on the PP Trickler. It does not, as yet, handle ball powders, but I can live with that.you’re better off with the 3d printed v3 thrower knock off for $100
Having received a reply to my email query from Paul within a couple of days really supports his statement about “If you have a question, send me an email”…We are getting much closer but still a couple months out for shipping first units most likely. I can't be the only one with a tongue that is bleeding. Picture is worth a thousand words!
What does your aluminum ring at the bottom of the hopper do? I have one mine did not come with something like that.
The thing of it is that the T3 thrower needs to be manually adjusted to change the charge weight. Unlike the Autotrickler, Supertrickler, PP Trickler, and the promised-three-years-ago Ingenuity Powder System.Works just fine!
It is one of the mods to reduce powder spillage. I think. https://www.snipershide.com/shootin...trickler-v3-electronics.7273522/post-12412809What does your aluminum ring at the bottom of the hopper do? I have one mine did not come with something like that.
That's just for the initial throw. The trickler takes care of the rest. The thing of it is that the T3 thrower needs to be manually adjusted to change the charge weight. Unlike the Autotrickler, Supertrickler, PP Trickler, and the promised-three-years-ago Ingenuity Powder System.
A nothing burger for cranking out a known load, but a blocker for load development.
