Looks like they are down for web maintenance.

Trust me they do work (it's the redesigned ejector that grabs the base of the brass and kicks it out.

I solved the problem with my Savage Axis. Since I shoot it off the bench I pulled the ejector and spring out and just pull the spent cartridge off the bolt. Should have done it to start with,beats chasing brass on the bench.

One needs to make sure that one is having problems with ALL brands of brass. While the Kinney kit is certainly worth it ( I got one in case I had problems. Also, it is a law of nature akin to gravity, if you want an original part to never fail, buy a spare !), it may not be your original extractor and ejector if you’re only having issues with Hornady brass. That’s what’s happened with mine.

Go to hardware store pick up a 0.140 ball bearing and replace the ball under the extractor. Should solve your problem for about a dime.

Heard this suggestion more than once. I know the ball bearing works when you lose one. I've no experience regarding extractor repair.
