Yeah but weather or not it shoots good, he didn't specify. There's no doubt some powder out ther could get it to 3300.
that's just an opinion though. I wouldn't want to try it.
every rifle is different so just increase powder charge a little at a time and see we're it takes you accuracy is your end goal.
 
going to use the rifle for coyotes want to shoot bullets 70 to 80 grains what twist of barrel would you guys suggest. maybe powder & load also this will be a winter project.
My load in a 14 tw. 6BR is 58 VM @3855 and a 55 BK @ 3920, both very accurate. I dont hunt coyotes, my kills have all been targets of opportunity with a 22-250AI, But I've no doubt these 6mm loads going fast would be very effective on coyotes.
