No Sir, however I did try the 134 gr. ELD-M and I think that bullet will tune but at a reduced M V with the equivalent powder testing.Have you tried Hornady's 138 A-Tip in your 25 x 47 ??

Yea, I am impressed with the 25 X 47 Lapua. Wanting to get it out to 600 yds. soon.I haven't built a 25 yet, but it is next on my list. Thks for input.
If you ever want to part with the reamer let me know. It would be a fun project gun.I stopped shooting the .25 caliber cartridges when Berger offered the 115 VLD at ridiculous prices. Yes they use a very slightly longer jacket... not enough to justify their price. Stopped for a long time. The release of the 131's was a boon to longer range .25 caliber shooters. They also served as a stimulus for other makers to develop their own heavier bullets that we see now.
Coming from being a longtime fan of the RSAUM cases, I was never a devotee of the 6.5 PRC. I accidentally received a .25/6.5 PRC reamer which I decided to use on a new barrel. It actually worked out quite well in a hunting-style rifle. I have better cartridges for Match shooting.
Running with the extremes, the .257 Hot Tamale on the STW case lived up to it's claim to fame for velocity but also the attendant reduced barrel life. We saw a light bump in the attention paid to the .257 Roberts and it's Improved version, still one of the best cartridges around, just unnoticed.
For 0-600 yard bench shooting, I'm running the .25/6mm GT case. Very nice, tunable cartridge with Hornady 138 grain A-Tips.
Enjoy!
Dude. My thoughts exactly7.5 or 8 twist 257 Weatherby ….?? Hummm …. 3200-3300 fps if barrel 26/27” + ….
Waaay better performance than that with the 257 Weatherby. I'm getting that with a 24" 25-284 with the 131 bullets. 3200-3300 with the 257 Bee is just on idle. Especially with the extra free velocity the 26-27" barrel offers.7.5 or 8 twist 257 Weatherby ….?? Hummm …. 3200-3300 fps if barrel 26/27” + ….
