Glad I read this thread as it made me take a look at Amazon for Derraco shell holder sets. Needless to say the price is much less than the price on their website. Ordered a set for my 6 Dasher (308) and my 223.

Just got my derraco set for magnum case rims today.300 win mag they call there's.

Wow they are extremely nice and look very well made.havent measured them or used them but impressed so far and like that they come with standard shell holder also ....

It would be handy if they measured in between the Redding set sizes.

Hello gentlemen, I'm planning to buy one of this set, very good specs and cost effettive, but on the tecnical infos I ready that the set have incompatibilità with some/all Redding press.

Someone use this set or single shell holder of this brand with Redding press?

Particullarry with The Boss press.

I have a bunch of Derraco stuff, Ugly Annealer, PCPS, their nice primer pickup tubes, comparator set, and the upgraded Lee shellholders, but already had the Redding Competition shellholders and just assumed these were a copy of those so didn’t get them.

“Our reloading shell holders will fit Lee, RCBS, Hornady press, they may NOT fit some Lyman and Redding press.”

It would be better if they just made their competition shell holders to fit every press. Redding's do, AFAIK.

Some Redding presses certainly don't mean all Redding presses...
They'd be better off specifying the incompatible model.
It would be a serious gesture toward those who want to buy them without leaving the end user with the unpleasant truth and the hassle of having to return them, which often means they have to pay for it.
In any case, they seem to be of good quality, at least visually.
I'll exchange them for the Reddings.

I've had a set of the Reddings in .223 for years. They work fine.
