Sounds like the kind of results to expect from a factory rifle. Your batting head up against a wall trying to make it shoot near 1/2" groups. When NRA test factory rifles and publishes the results in their magazine with factory ammo they typically average around 1-1 1/4" inch groups. Put a 6br Kreiger barrel on the rifle if you want smaller groups. Maybe a 284 WIN. Cannot believe you spent that much money for an annealer for a factory rifle.It is not consistent SD, ES. With Starline I can get single SD , mid teens ES and groups sub ¾.
