30br and 6br full length sizing die question

Seems like this is dumb question. Im wanting to know if you can use a say, wilson 30br die and just change the bushing and size 6br brass. I know you can't size 30br with a 6br die because the opening where the bushing is, is too small.

You’ll need to open up the die. Redding makes a 30BR bushing die and I bet Harrel's does too.

Probably won't work due to the shoulders being move forward.

If you size 6BR cases in a 30BR die, there will be around .030-ish of the 6BR's upper shoulder that's not touched. That may or may not be significant. That much unsized shoulder could potentially lead you to get faked out on how much you're really setting the shoulder back.

That's what I just bought. It seems to a dam good fit.
