Sierra 25cal 131gr HPBT

Mine came in today also...
Checked along side of the Black Jacks, and can not tell the difference..
Weight checks are as close as the Blackjacks were, 20 at random were all 130 and change, nothing more or less...Hopefully I can get some trigger time in before the months up..

I was kind of under the impression that the Blackjack bullets were more for hunting. Using target (match) bullets for hunting is a bit of a gray area that just keeps getting wider. I have a couple of barrels headed my way, one 7 twist, one 7.5 twist. Reamer is suppose to ship Thursday, What cold possibly go wrong? ;):(

Looks like Sierra is coming out with this bullet soon. BlueCollar shows it on its site, however out of stock. The Sierra website also shows this bullet but is lacking particulars as for availability, BC etc.
Looks like they may have finally obtained the rights to market them from Blackjack. Good to have more 25 caliber heavy bullet options.
I figured Sierra would jump on that money train. Luckily I have 1000 BK 131s and several hundred Berger 133s. Think I'd burn up two barrels with how many I have of each. Good to see they are available again just too bad BJ wasn't still selling them.

How are these shooting for you guys?
Not that they're available anywhere
These appear to be identical to the 131 Blackjack and those seemed to perform well for everyone and as much as I hate to assume anything it's probably relatively safe to assume these will perform the same since they appear to be the same bullet.

I'm hoping to get my 25 SAUM this week but I'll be giving the 134 ELD-M a go first.

If you currently have a 25cal and you're looking for some pm me I may be able to help you out with that.

Sierra made the Blackjack same as they make the Tubb 115 6MM

So the 131BJ and 131 Sierra are indeed one and the same identical bullet with no change other than the label on the box they come in?
I knew Blackjack outsourced the manufacture of their bullet. Sierra coming out with a 131 Gr. bullet pretty much confirms who that manufacture was. I have had neither in my hand so confirmation is on you.

Thanks
I'll be starting with the 134 as well but if they don't work out the 131 is next on the list.
Realistically it'll be Jan before my reamer is done

I have some of the new Sierra 131's but I don't have any Blackjack 131's so I can neither confirm or deny but it sounds like they're either identical or VERY close.
