Tack Driver 5

For those of you who could not attend take a trip with me to the TACK DRIVER - V.
I have not had this much fun or shared so much camaraderie at a rifle match in years. Jim Cline and the sponsor's put on a "Master Class" of a match in Orangeburg, South Caorlina. This should be on every shooters bucket list to attend just once!

”Lamentations and Gnashing of Teeth”.
Let’s call it what it was…….”Braille Benchrest”:)

Nice video Speedy. It was good to see you.

Nice job Speedy, I really enjoyed the video.
The blue tape on Campbell’s seat was really funny, but just in case I’m taping mine for next year. Does it have to blue?

Congrats to the guys that consistently do well at this game !

I'm thinking " 4" Cannon " for next year !

I'm interested in seeing f class calibers and what they would do different than the 6mm.

A 30 br did well. That totally surprised me.
I thought a 6ppc would do me well instead of my 6bra i usually shoot. But as usual Mid Carolina had a different idea than last years conditions.
The up and down gust in wind were wild. They sure sent me down the page quickly.

I'm taking a break from shooting until... .Jan

I fully intended on shooting a 6BRA, I spent a lot of time with it getting ready.

The weather, however, was pretty cool, and the best practice groups I could manage were in the “eights”. I failed to bring my N135, which I think would have done better.
So I chickened out and shot my 6PPC. I shot a couple of “fives” with it in practice and got all excited.

In the end, I think it was a moot point. I made so many poor choices at the Bench that I doubt either rifle wanted to be associated with me when it was over :)

So the idea of the Tack Driver was to bring shooters from different disciplines shooting differing types of equipment together to compete.
I would be curious to know which types of shooting that each competitor is associated with.
I believe that most are short range group or score shooters, but I also know some that shoot long range as well.
So my question to each. What is your game- normal discipline?
I guess I should add that I shoot UBR.
