Seriously? 204 has nothing to do with your issues.I have the 2 204s and I FL sized the brass to shoot out of both until I figured out which 1 I was going to keep. I'm pretty much feed up with the 204s now. I'm interested about what you said about rechambering. I will do the case to measure from. I may ask additional questions about the rechambering if you don't mind?
Brass needs less sizing- as chamber is longer
Don’t set the sizing die on the shell holder - get a shoulder gauge of sorts and use it- keep brass separate for each-
Load up 1rd -midway book velocity-jam a bullet into the lands- save the case to measure off of-
If I add the brass under the extractor and close the bolt it does extract.
