Most accurate bullet you have shot? (6mm)

There's a bunch of great bullets out there and as others have said, ya gotta test them in your gun. I'd suggest trying a couple or so different customs in the weight class you need for your specific discipline and work with them. Virtually any custom bullet will be a bit better in every aspect than production bullets. That's not to say your gun won't possibly shoot say, bergers better than anything but it's just not very likely for the production bullets to outperform the customs, overall. Often, the customs are cheaper too.

For me 80g hillbillies for 100 and 200 hands down
That really is a great bullet! He makes it in both a fb and a bt and they are very near identical in performance. Even right down to the exact same load and seating depth, which kinda blows my feeble mind, but I've talked to others that say the same thing.

Anything Barts
In a 6x45 gas gun I've run Originals, Ultras, Avenger and Dominator ranging in weight from 65-80 grain.
70gr Varmintgedon shoot amazing beating out 70 Berger.
105 Hammers in the 6br is hard to beat a few $$$ more than Berger but worth it to me.
Tried some 103VT this year, I had to stop shooting them. They have a bad habit of going into the same hole making for extremely small groups and difficulty in deciphering what your next move is with your tune.
Great bullet!!

Scenar are a great production bullet often overlooked due to lower BC's, unfortunately thier prices are up there with Berger now.

Does Berger still make a 6mm 70grainer?

As some have said before, different rifles like different bullets also, accuracy requirement differ depending on the application. I require more accuracy from my prone rifles than I do my hunting rigs. Benchrest shooters need a higher degree of accuracy than all other disciplines lumped to together. With that said, I'd never take a BR bullet hunting. Tell us more about your intended application and hopefully you will get some more specific input.
I hope this helps,

Lloyd
I just want to know what bullet is the most accurate bullet you have used no matter what rifle or caliber.

I honestly don't know if they do or not.
I shot up what I had and moved on due to finding better performers in my application.
On 500yd steel the 70 would come up short while the 80gr Dominator would ring every time.
Honestly I thought the 70gr Varmintgedon shot better as well, but you can't find them.
I can get Bart's

Ok so I'm going to put up a poll with bullets but I'm not sure how I want to do it? By weight? By manufacturer? List 10 bullets? Maybe best 100-300 then list some bullet choices then 300-600 and 600-1000?

Maybe you guys could help me choose the bullets or catagories? If one of you guys are good at this you could do it. It doesn't have to be my poll. I would love some help!

I would however like bullets that are available for purchase because I'm going to order a box of whatever bullets come out on top. I then might do one on powder ect.

After all the results I'll put the components together and see what I get. I think it will be a fun exercise for the community.

What ya think?

I can tell ya what bullets I have on hand, 90gr scenar-L, 110 a-tip, speer 70 tnt, speer 85gr spire point, 103 eld-x. Almost forgot I've got a few nosler 107's too.

Well then, I forgot about the nosler and berger test packs I bought at a store in Logan Utah a few years back. I've got 10 each of Nosler 90gr e-tip, 95gr Berger and 115 Berger. I think at my altitude if I push them at max I might be able to stabilize the 115's
